The NEAT is the 1st of its kind in Nottingham. It has been put together by the Playhouse and takes place in 12 different locations. It started when I was on Copenhagen so I only been from the 1st. I went to see "Momentum Scratch Night 1" and "Court in the Act". I also followed an audio-guide-visit-experience called "Threads".
