Landlord and plumber

Last night our landlord came round with our next door neighbor to fix definitively the shadow pipe at the back of the stove. I only realized he was our landlord through the conversation : I thought he was the plumber ! And we didn't know the other chap was our next door neighbor until after he left. So we didn't have a chance to have a proper chat with him.
