Bletchley Park Visit

Monday I went by train to Bletchley Park. It's situated on the outskirt of Milton Keynes. I wanted to go there because I've just read "The Secret Life of Bletchley Park" by Sinclair Mc Kay. What happened in Bletchley Park was completely kept secret until the 1970's. During WW II it was the HQ of the Enigma Code deciphering and transmission of German, Russian & Japanese crucial military information. It is said that thanks of this invaluable work the War has been shortened by at least 2 years.

I didn't manage to see the Colossus / the National Museum of Computing or the Churchill Collection. I wanted as well to see the town of Bletchley. Well, "Nothing to Report".

Ad in Local Guardian Richmond & Twickenham for Ben's Travel Services

Following several phone calls to the Nottingham Evening Post unfortunately - purely for technical reasons - they couldn't publish my ad. I decided to go for a national newspaper "The Guardian". They only open the personal ads for their local editions. I chose Richmond & Tickenham near London. It's a nice area and hopefully my services are going to appeal to people down there. To be published tomorrow :

"Holiday Paris. Ben's Travel Services personal courier : meet upon arrival for pragmatic issues including going from A to B. Not travel agent. French Nottingham. From £100 for 1 to 5 people 0115 94 707 39 Email : Bentravelservicesinparis@gmail.com"

Week in Montpellier

I went to Montpellier for a week with my friend J. from Nottingham. My flat was vacant between 2 tenants and it was nice to have it back for holidays. J. didn't know the area at all so we've been quite busy going around. We visited friends of mine as well : my god-father J. in L. and D. & G. at V. We've been very lucky with the weather as it was nice but not too hot.
